This is the registration and sign-up flow for the EHCS.com website that was designed from the ground up in 2018. This covers the process of signing up as a new patient, an existing patient or simply logging in if the user already has an account.
Due to the complexities of having an account that needs to be tied to patient information, this sign-up and registration flow is sdifferent than the typical one. New users need to be manually verified by EHCS staff.
