  • Permit Expiration Feature Development: Identified the need for and led the development of the Permit Expiration feature within the Klir app, from inception through to implementation. This feature, which alerts users about water permit expirations and introduces a comprehensive permit search module, was conceived based on direct insights from permitting users. Through the Research & Discovery program, I executed the Double Diamond process to prototype, validate, and hand off this crucial functionality to the development team, significantly improving regulatory compliance and user satisfaction.

Solo UX Designer
