This website was created for a client using Bootstrap. It was done entirely by hand. It uses HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
A CMS was eventually added as a separate project.

It should be noted that while I do not consider myself a front-end developer, I do have some basic-to-intermediate front-end development skills. Knowing front-end code and understanding how the code and pages are structured have allowed me to have more informed conversations with various development teams over the years.
