The following is a user research report done for GemCare Wellness, a health coaching and wellness organization.
This report is the second part of a series of testing done on the Coaching web portal, an application Health Coaches use to keep information on their patients up-to-date.
The scope of this testing came from interviewing users (health coaches) about the issues and pain=points they had with the then-current portal, suggesting possible changes to be made. It also dives deep into user research and makes recommendations on how to improve the portal, describes user needs and wants, and more.
